This villa is located in the executive and gated community of Veranda Palms. (1 min drive from the famous 192, 15 min drive from Disney). Its swimming pool and pool deck back to a beautiful conservation area. And if you want to remain active and fit during your vacation, you can train as often as you want in your private Gym located in the converted garage. The property can host up to 7 guests. ***Your safety and our team's safety are our top priority. Together with our cleaning company, we have amended our cleaning processes and adopted extra cleaning protocols based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All our homes are also fully sanitized (fogged) once a month against Covid-19 and other potential viruses.*** IMPORTANT TO KNOW: ** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. ** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
