Horizon Vacation Homes has been created by two founders with a solid background. David was Head of Sales for Disneyland Paris on the Belgian market and the point of contact for Disneyworld. He has also worked for the biggest hotel chains (Park Plaza, Accor...). Yann worked for media companies (CANAL+ in Europe), for Warner Bros (In charge of marketing and communication), and has launched one of the leading e-commerce fashion retailers in the Benelux (Outlet-Avenue, currently operated by https://www.brandalley.fr/). The co-founders use their respective competences to market your properties and optimize your rental income (marketing, sales, relationship with Tour Operators...) and to make sure your property is compliant with all laws and tax regulations. Their team is famous for being reliable and performing good cleans and being prompt regarding maintenance.

Proximity is why we are so successful. Proximity with our homeowners. We keep them informed and like to name ourselves the "Homeowners's eyes" from Orlando. Proximity with our guest: We visit our guests, we make sure to be very fast in case of issues. Proximity with our partners: Our partners (bookings agents, tour operators) are very important to us.

Standard, executive, platinum, ultimate... no matter how the property is rated by our partners, we always inspect properties before guests check-in and make sure the properties are compliant with our cleaning-standards. Every guest needs to get the same level of attention and all homes the same level of care. Cleanliness is one of the points we concentrate the most.
Location
All our properties are located in nice and safe communities in the Disney / Universal area (Orlando).
